The design of gripfit® Universal allows a combination of component parts that can be used to offer a wide range of grip and ramp solutions from floor to material, material to material or simply as a trim in a recess well.
Due to its simple design the changing of mats held within the frame, should you wish to remove them for cleaning or replacement is very simple. Simply remove the locking trim, and disengage the grip trim to release the material. To re-install simply place new material, replace the grip to the correct height, and push in the locking trim.
When speaking with our customers and flooring manufacturers we were always asked to provide a modular system that could use 2 different complimentary products, and the unique design of gripfit® Universal now makes this possible.
gripfit® Universal can also be used in recessed mat wells to unsure the matting products don't lift up, which can create trip hazards.
One of the fundamental designs of the system was to provide a highly durable system, which can offer a simple replenishment cycle. For example if a trim is damaged then you only have to replace that part, and not re-install the entire trim.
